What are our goals
To provide the Technical solutions that will:
- Lower costs by using the buying power of the landlord community to get goods and services at wholesale prices.
- Showing and renting your property through virtual doors. Smart locks that will allow access through rental service providers. Redfin, Zillow, Friday.com
- Maintenance and repairs through the portal with access to the best and most trustworthy contractors in your area, at prices you can afford. Latchel and Keepe for landlord maintenance services.
- Working with our landlord network we are starting Share A Service (SAS). By asking landlords if they need specific services like:
- Landscaping
- Asphalt repair or sealing
- Roof repair
- Pressure washing
- Window repair or cleaning
- And many more, we can arrange reduced cost services to help you get the work done and lower your overall costs.
- Working with providers like Legal zoom we can point you to the help you solve your legal issues.
- Emergencies always happen and when they happen you need a 24/7 solution. Through our app we will provide 24 hour services to attend to your plumbing, electrical and maintenance needs.
- Appliances break and cost almost the same to fix them as replace them for landlords. We want to give you a break by using our network to lower the costs of replacing refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, hotwater heaters, blinds, and carpet at near wholesale costs.
- How you maintain your properties saves you money in the long run. Inspection services that are needed to ensure the health of your property: like fire extinguisher insp. Pest inspection, faucet leaks, etc. We will use SAS to help give you peace of mind.
- You have older residents who need in home care services. We can help. By partnering with health care networks we can save money with NEXT DOOR CARE. (NDC)
- Technology is coming everywhere. Electric cars will fill your lots and the charging support needed will cost landlords a lot to put in. We can help. With our integreated networks we will help solve your Green Tech issues.
